About the Role
We're hiring an AI Research Scientist to push our computer vision practice forward — from industrial defect detection to medical imaging and video analytics — turning research-grade approaches into systems that hold up in production.
What You'll Do
- Research and prototype computer vision approaches for client-specific problems — detection, segmentation, classification, and tracking
- Take promising research results and productionize them alongside our engineering team
- Stay ahead of the CV research landscape and bring relevant techniques into our delivery practice
- Design evaluation methodology that reflects real deployment conditions, not just benchmark datasets
- Present findings and recommendations directly to client technical stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in computer vision and deep learning — MS/PhD or equivalent industry experience
- Hands-on PyTorch and CUDA experience; comfortable profiling and optimizing model performance
- Experience taking a model from research prototype to a system that runs reliably in production
- Ability to translate ambiguous client problems into a concrete, testable technical approach
Nice to Have
- Publications at CV/ML venues (CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, etc.)
- Experience with edge deployment and inference optimization (TensorRT, ONNX)
- Exposure to industrial or medical imaging domains specifically
